Week 7 NFL DFS Picks – Top Plays to Help You Win

  • Jordan Love looks to get back on track and looks like a nice value for week 7 NFL DFS.
  • Kenneth Walker is in a smash spot against Arizona and looks like a great NFL DFS pick.
  • One of the best NFL DFS picks for week 7 is Amari Cooper, who faces the Colts.

I’ve been away from the NFL DFS grind, but I’m back to hand out some winning NFL DFS picks for week 7.

Fantasy football has been a bloody mess for the first six games of the year, and a bunch of low totals may not promise to see that change just yet.

That said, you can definitely pick your spots for week seven, and I have a lot of plays I really like. Whether you’re looking to stack studs or just want a balanced lineup, I’ve got your back.

Here are top week 7 NFL DFS picks.

Jordan Love, QB, Packers ($5.8k)

Do you believe in Love? I wouldn’t blame you for giving up, as the Green Bay starting quarterback was dreadful to the tune of just 7 fantasy points last week.

That was against a pretty weak Raiders defense, too. Yuck, I know.

While Love hasn’t been sharp for about three games now, he does offer a solid floor due to his running ability, and he had previously cleared 19+ fantasy points in each of his other four games.

This week he gets the Denver Broncos, who notoriously gave up 70 points to Miami and rank second to last against QBs in 2023.

I do think Denver is a bit better than people seem to think, but Love has produced on a regular basis and it’s still a good spot for him. I like the idea of pairing him with Christian Watson and/or Romeo Doubs in what could be a shootout in Colorado.

Just monitor his ownership projection to see if he’s going to be too chalky.

Kenneth Walker III, RB, Seahawks ($7k)

There are no locked in studs you absolutely have to pay for in week 7, so I don’t have any issue with just saving cash at running back.

That said, if you’re going to spend some cash at the position, Ken Walker should be one of the first guys you click at DraftKings.

Walker’s efficiency hasn’t been consistent this year, but his production has. On the year, he has yet to have a game below 10 fantasy points, and he’s scored at least one touchdown in each of his last four contests.

He feels like a buy across the board right now.

Oh, and that’s not all.

Walker’s role is rock solid, but so is his week 7 matchup.

Walker gets to face the Arizona Cardinals, who currently rank 30th against fantasy running backs on the season. They’ve given up 9 total scores to the position, and in what should be a loss to Seattle, should trail and give way to a lot of touches to Seattle’s running backs.

Kenneth Walker is shaping up as one of the best NFL DFS picks for week 7.

Amari Cooper, WR, Browns ($6.1k)

I am pretty high on Cooper this week. He’s a really nice price, and he’s actually found a way to produce even without star quarterback Deshaun Watson active.

Cooper put up 17.8 fantasy points last week, after all.

However, there’s even more reason to get excited, as Watson is due back for week 7 and Cooper gets one of the best matchups of the entire slate.

Cooper has crazy upside in this spot, but he’s flying under the radar due to major interest up top in studs like Cooper Kupp and Travis Kelce.

It’s possible he ends up being a chalky play, but that doesn’t stop him from being one of the best NFL DFS picks of the week. In fact, I may eat the chalk here, regardless of his final ownership % projection.

Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens ($5.7k)

I understand the temptation to spend your money on Travis Kelce this week, but I can’t look past the value with Ravens stud TE Mark Andrews.

He’s over $2k cheaper than Kelce, and yet he’s been super reliable with 10+ fantasy points in four of his five games this year.

Three weeks ago he went off for 25, and this week he is in a smash spot against a Lions defense that is good, but not elite at stopping tight ends.

Detroit has allowed the third most receptions to the position, as well as the fifth most receiving yards.

Andrews is without a doubt the most reliable target Baltimore has, so he should have little trouble exploiting this matchup in what is a huge game for all parties involved.

New York Giants Defense ($3k)

When looking for a good defense to use in daily fantasy football lineups, I try to seek out a positive matchup. But I often find myself prioritizing price and ownership a bit more.

I don’t know what it is about team defenses, but if they’re chalk or are in a smash spot, they fail me every single time.

Right now Seattle and Cleveland are the two chalkiest defenses, so the DFS gods will probably make them struggle for no logical reason.

They’re still in play, but give my the Giants, who project for a fraction of the ownership and get a nice matchup with a shaky Commanders offense.

Sam Howell has been sacked a ton this year, and New York showed serious defensive grit against Buffalo last week. I like them to rack up sacks and turn in a slate-breaking performance this week.

That does it for my top week 7 NFL DFS picks. I suggest also seeking out some top shelf NFL DFS sleepers so you can save up to get Kupp or Kelce, but this is the framework of most of my lineups.

Thanks for reading, and good luck!
