Pacers Lose Tyrese Haliburton to Knee Injury

Indiana Pacers star point guard Tyrese Haliburton exited Tuesday’s game with knee soreness. Per reports, he will be evaluated on Thursday and the franchise will decide how much time he will miss.

The Pacers fell to the Knicks in New York (119-113) with Haliburton exiting, dropping to 23-19 on the year.

Indiana is still in position to get into the NBA play-in tournament, which should have the Pacers hoping their star player isn’t sidelined for too long.

While he’s out, Andrew Nembhard and T.J. McConnell will soak up extra minutes for the Pacers.

Fantasy Impact of Tyrese Haliburton Injury

This doesn’t sound like an overly serious injury, but the Pacers do play on Thursday, and have a back-to-back the next day.

They’d be short-term fixes, most likely, so the onus would be more on eyeing these options in NBA DFS lineups. To catch whether or not you should use any Pacers come Thursday, be sure to bookmark our NBA DFS picks page.
